Job summary

Rockline Industries in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a skilled Filter Maintenance Technician to coordinate machine repair and enhancement projects and support systems to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives. You will fabricate equipment, train associates, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role offers a safety-sensitive environment with a non-exempt status, a 4th shift schedule Fri-Sun, and an opening for apprenticeship and advancement through Rockline's programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, operator basic care, and equipment efficiency metrics.
• Electrical, mechanical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication, pneumatic.
• Reading engineering drawings, specifications, manuals, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis.
• Complete machine enhancement projects.
• Work with process improvement engineers to drive standardized work and increase throughput.
• Use maintenance software to track progress and materials for timely completion of work orders.
