Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is seeking a Filter Maintenance Technician for the weekend day shift in Sheboygan, WI. You will coordinate machine repairs and enhancements, support safety, quality, and productivity goals, and train associates for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include root cause repairs, machine upgrades, collaboration with process engineers, and tracking work progress using maintenance software. Opportunity for apprenticeship and career growth within Rockline/Iatric values.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting required.
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Candidate may be required to enroll in a trade apprenticeship.
• Working knowledge of TPM, preventative/predictive maintenance, operator basic care, and equipment efficiency metrics and measures.
• Electrical, mechanical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication, pneumatic.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis.
• Complete machine enhancement projects.
• Work closely with process improvement engineers to drive standardized work, reduce scrap, and increase throughput.
• Utilize maintenance software to track all team members' work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders and employee performance accountability.
• Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process-related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills.
