Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Weekend Day Shift Filter Maintenance Technician to coordinate machine repair and improvement projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on the assigned Rockline processes.

You will fabricate equipment and tooling, train associates, and participate in Rockline’s apprenticeship programs to grow your skills while contributing to continuous process improvements. Requires strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and TPM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, or actively pursuing related education/training.
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong TPM, preventative/predictive maintenance and equipment metrics knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to operations equipment via root cause analysis.
• Complete machine enhancement projects and drive standardized work.
• Work with engineers to reduce scrap and improve throughput.
• Use maintenance software to track progress and materials.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and provide safe, reliable operation.
