The ideal candidate will have an RN license in Utah, BLS certification, and BSN within four years if not already held.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN within four years if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and coordination.
• Evaluate outcomes and update care plans as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards.
