Job summary

Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will apply the nursing process, utilize technology, support families, and coordinate with physicians to deliver safe, effective care across the patient’s episode.

The night shift offers differential pay, a 36‑hour workweek, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support mind, body, and spirit.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism and maintain compliant documentation.
