Job summary

SANTA CRUZ HEALTH SERVICES INC in Texas is seeking Registered Nurses for private duty nursing and 1:1 care of medically fragile children aged 0 to 21. You will travel to patients' homes to deliver skilled nursing visits, monitor health status, and coordinate with families and the care team.

Weekend night shifts are available. Valid RN license and BLS certification are required; Trach/Vent and GJ-tube experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with current BLS certification.
• Experience with Trach/Vent and GJ-tube preferred; training may be provided.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes for 1:1 care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer medications, monitor and document patient status.
• Coordinate with families and the care team; maintain charts.
• Conduct visits during assigned weekend night shifts.
