Job summary

Chrysalis House, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coach to supervise a night shift from 11pm to 7am. You will ensure 24-hour coverage, train staff, manage emergencies, and coordinate program operations in a residential setting.

The position offers pay between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees in Crownsville, MD. A high school diploma and preferred med tech certification, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred or required.
• High school diploma or GED with relevant human services experience.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hr residential schedule to ensure coverage.
• Train and orient new Residential staff.
• Serve as primary liaison in the absence of the Program Director.
• Monitor program vehicles for maintenance and fuel.
• Enforce program rules and conduct disciplinary tasks as needed.
• Coordinate donations, policy adherence and emergency procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide education/guidance.
