Job summary

Chrysalis House, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coach to support the residential program on a full-time evening shift (3pm–11pm). You will assist the Residential Operations Manager and supervise residents, including medication administration and coordinating house activities.

The role emphasizes mentoring residents, enforcing house rules, and transporting clients to appointments and meetings, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and adhering to program policies.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of women-specific treatment needs and recovery.
• Experience in human services or education is desirable.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; Med Certification preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Works on residential shift with supervision from Residential Operations Manager.
• Supervises residents taking medications per policy.
• Mentors residents on boundaries and house rules; enforces policies.
• Transports residents to appointments and meetings; maintains mileage log.
• Performs duties to ensure a safe, welcoming house environment; executes emergency procedures as needed.
