Job summary

MORROW COUNTY HOSPITAL is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a night shift, 32 hours per week, Thursday through Saturday with every 4th weekend variation. The role involves performing diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy procedures, while maintaining radiation safety and patient care.

The ideal candidate is ARRT registered with Ohio licensure and BLS certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work with students and EMR systems in a high reliability

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiography program.
• Registered with ARRT; ODH Ohio Radiologic License, BLS certification.
• Thorough knowledge of imaging procedures, positioning, ionizing radiation, and contrast agents.
• Expresses superior customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiography procedures and fluoroscopy.
• Position patients and adjust technical factors for optimal images.
• Ensure radiation safety for patient and staff.
• Prepare patients, obtain orders, and document in EMR.
• Operate and perform QC on X-ray equipment; mentor imaging students.
