Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field required.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical plant operations in batch manufacturing; automotive OEM paint manufac preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and monitor goals for production, safety and quality.
• Develop processes, workflows and work standards for production.
• Assist in training material development for department staff, plant and customers.
