Job summary

Cérélia's Whitehall, Ohio facility seeks a Production Operator to operate and monitor high‑speed equipment in a food manufacturing setting. You will follow SOPs, maintain equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and sanitation while supporting continuous improvement.

The role involves start-up checks, adjusting processing to meet specs, logging data in CMMS, performing changeovers, and collaborating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong math and reading skills; must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
• Familiar with SAP-based barcode scanners (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and validates start-up/shutdown readiness.
• Adjusts dough processing to meet quality specifications.
• Documents lot numbers and deviations; logs data in CMMS/SAP as needed.
• Performs on-line bake-offs and verifies results against standards.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and performs changeovers.
