Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong math and reading skills; must read, write, and speak English.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes on the production line.
• Ability to follow written instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile apps.
• Flexibility to work off-shifts, including days or nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment prior to start to ensure it is functioning and free of material; document observations.
• Adjust processing equipment to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Document lot numbers, temperatures, and fat percentages; communicate deviations.
• Perform on-line bake-offs and verify results against quality standards.
• Report accidents or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Operate high-speed processing and packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during production.
