Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong math and reading skills; must read, write and speak English.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Fast-paced environment; adapt to changes on the production line.
• Must follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to operate machinery and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment prior to start to ensure it is in working condition and document observations on checklists.
• Adjust processing equipment to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Document lot numbers, raw dough temperatures, and fat percentages; communicate deviations.
• Perform on-line bake offs and verify results against quality standards.
• Log downtime and maintenance issues in the CMMS system for tracking and improvements.
• Operate high-speed processing and packaging equipment per SOPs and assist with cleanups.
