Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years managing production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and ensure uninterrupted production and safety.
• Manage labor resources according to mgmt strategy and analyze production data.
• Provide performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Facilitate maintenance and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold quality standards and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
