Job summary

Irongatetalent is seeking a Weekend Night Press Production Supervisor to lead a high‑volume stamping press operation. You will champion safety, enforce policies, mentor operators, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to keep production flowing.

• Proven history of leading with a servant leadership mindset.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervision experience in manufacturing, preferably high‑volume stamping press operations.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
