Job summary

SIS is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Weekend Night shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00pm–5:00am) in Ripon, WI. You will lead a high-volume stamping press team, drive safety initiatives, and coordinate daily activities to meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing, a Lean mindset, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations. Relocation assistance is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven history of servant leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities to meet production requirements.
• Champion safety policies, conduct safety audits, and lead root-cause investigations.
• Coach, develop, and empower operators and technicians; support team building and inclusion.
• Supervise stamping press department to meet aggressive production targets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) and analyze downtime and bottlenecks.
• Maintain production, quality, and safety records; report KPIs to management; collaborate with other departments.
