Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Ripon, WI seeks a servant-leader to run the stamping press department on weekend second shift (Fri–Sun 5pm–5am). You’ll orchestrate people, processes, and equipment to meet aggressive throughput, quality, and delivery goals while prioritizing safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

You’ll coach operators and technicians, drive 5S, Kaizen and Lean projects, manage attendance, and partner with unions on discipline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated servant-leadership style with results in high-volume manufacturing (1–3 years).
• Supervisory experience in high-volume stamping press operations.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stamping press department to achieve throughput, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach operators and technicians, foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Train, mentor, and assess skills; drive cross-training.
