• Oversee total nursing care during the shift for residents in the assigned unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Explain procedures and care plans to residents and family members.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress notes accurately.

• Respond to emergencies per established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate care plans with therapists and other care team members.
