Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks an MRI Technologist for weekend night per diem shifts. You will perform MRI procedures under radiologist direction, prepare patients, set up protocols, and ensure image quality for diagnostic interpretation.

Qualifications

• Completion of radiologic technology training program.
• NY State Registered Radiologic Technologist with Injection.
• ARRT MRI certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists radiologist during MRI procedures with independent judgement.
• Prepare patients and room, enter data into Epic and set up protocols.
• Operate MRI equipment, monitor biopsy procedures, and label images for interpretation.
• Maintain records of image slices and injections; ensure radiation safety.
