Qualifications

• NYS RT with injection registration required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and rooms; input data in Epic and systems.
• Set up correct patient position and scout image.
• Assist radiologist during MRI procedures and biopsies.
• Operate injector as needed during procedures.
• Label, process and display images for interpretation.
• Maintain records of image slices and injections.
• Adhere to radiation safety rules for patients and staff.
• Train others in MRI procedures.
• Maintain orderliness of assigned area.
• Perform duties of a 4T technologist as needed.
• Perform related tasks.
