TAIT in Lititz, PA seeks a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication of TAIT products in a team setting. The role offers growth through skill development and cross-disciplinary work, with onboarding on multiple shifts for training.

Responsibilities include precise fabrication, reading blueprints, maintaining tolerances, and following safety SOPs. Strong tool-handling and TAIT system familiarity are preferred, with a 40-hour work week and overnight shifts

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of instructional or professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and internal drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices (WLL, CO G, & LAF).
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with TAIT systems (Epicor, Slack, Box).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain dimensional tolerances on drawings.
• Produce a quality TAIT-branded product.
• Clean and maintain workspace area, tools, and equipment.
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints and SOPs.

• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
• Perform duties according to company policies and expectations.
