Basic Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. No experience required; on-the-job training provided
3. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Customer service experience
2. 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
2. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
3. Notify Manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to building systems
4. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
5. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
6. Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
7. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment manually or using hand trucks to clean areas
8. Clean interior partition glass, windows, mirrors with appropriate cleaners and tools
9. Wash and replace blinds
10. Gather and empty trash
11. Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform other seasonal tasks
12. Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
13. Service, clean, and supply restrooms
