Basic Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. No experience required; on-the-job training provided
3. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Customer service experience
2. 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
2. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
3. Notify Manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems
4. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and staff
5. Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
6. Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
7. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, and equipment manually or with hand trucks
8. Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners
9. Wash and replace blinds
10. Gather and empty trash
11. Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking leaves, cutting grass, or snow removal
12. Clean and service food area surfaces and equipment
13. Service, clean, and supply restrooms
