Kings Courtyard Inn in Charleston, SC, seeks a motivated, customer-service focused individual for a part-time night audit position. The right candidate must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm - 7am.

The night audit includes verifying guest folios, posting charges, processing deposits, reconciling card batches, and posting charges. Night audit handles concierge, bell, and housekeeping duties overnight and supports guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to catch errors in the system.
• Must be able to interact with guests in a cordial manner.
• Must be available to work the 11 pm–7 am shift on Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Complete all steps of the night audit process.
• Compile and deliver night audit reports and paperwork.
• Prepare coffee service, breakfast cards, newspapers, and morning concierge paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations when needed.
• Handle check-in and check-out as concierge and bell staff.
• Create housekeeping sheets from assignments from the housekeeping manager.
• Ensure building security and respond to fire alarm procedures.
• Ensure public spaces are clean and orderly before shift end.
• Inform staff of daytime issues and send end-of-shift reports.
