Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in front office or night audit at luxury hotel.

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-arriving guests and handle check-in/check-out per Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues with discretion.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate revenue across departments for the day.
• Reconcile cash drawers, credit card transactions, and folios; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and end-of-shift handovers.
