Responsibilities

• Balance and update financial records, including posting room charges and verifying room rates.
• Complete and submit daily reports and paperwork to management.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure hotel safety by monitoring security cameras and routine checks.
• Assist with other front desk duties, including answering phones and making reservations.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain quality and service.
