Job summary

Hyatt Place Atlanta is seeking an experienced Night Auditor for a part-time weekend-focused role. The overnight shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with duties auditing and balancing all front desk, rooms, and F&B transactions.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience is required; this is not an entry level role.
• Solid grasp of hotel accounting principles.
• Hyatt brand experience is a strong plus.
• Availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at minimum, with flexibility for occasional weekday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on all front desk, rooms, and F&B transactions.
• Run the night audit final after verifying accuracy across all accounts.
• Complete the nightly checklist. No steps skipped, no shortcuts.
• Optimize occupancy and keep guest accounts accurately checked in.
• Reset the F&B POS and prepare the daily revenue summary.
• Hold down the front desk. Guest needs don't stop at midnight, and neither do you.
• Support light food & beverage service as needed.
