General Hotels Corporation is hiring a Weekend Night Auditor for Hampton Inn Yorkville. You will balance nightly revenue, complete accounting reports, and provide outstanding guest service during overnight hours.

This full-time role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) with strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills. The position offers medical, life, 401(k), and other benefits, plus opportunities to grow in hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous hotel or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Monday and Tuesday night availability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
