Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or industrial maintenance/electrician certificate or 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC principles, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production machines and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, transformers, PLCs, VFDs, compressors, chillers, relays, switches, and circuit boards.
• Read, interpret, and analyze blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Run conduit and pull wire for new machines and equipment installations.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete department work order documentation.
