Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. in Alamo, TN is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility systems.

The role requires troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and working within safety and continuous improvement guidelines. On-site position with a manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or accredited trade certificate in engineering/maintenance.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair motors, transformers, PLCs, VFDs, and related controls.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards, and document work orders thoroughly.
