Job summary

DOCS Health seeks licensed Physician Assistants to join our independent contractor network, providing critical health readiness services to military members through mobile clinics and telemedicine support.

Weekends are primary, with occasional weekdays in Tennessee as needed; candidates must have an active PA license, CPR/BLS, and experience in primary, urgent, or occupational health. Strong communication and adaptability are essential to handle diverse installations.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Ability to work in mobile/remote settings and adapt to fast-paced schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support health readiness assessments for military personnel.
• Review medical history, records, and questionnaires for readiness.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health when needed.
• Document results in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
