DOCS Health seeks Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors, primarily on weekends with some weekday shifts in Tennessee, supporting military service members. The role spans mobile clinics, fixed clinics, telemedicine, and deployment-ready health services across Reserve and Guard components.

Applicants must hold an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and have experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
• Willing to travel and work weekends
• Able to work in various locations, including remote military installations
• Not allowed to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications

Responsabilités

• Support Health Assessments of military personnel
• Review health history, service member medical records and medical questionnaires
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record
