Job summary

The Wenger Group, a leading Northeast family-owned food and agricultural company in Pennsylvania, seeks a Mill Shift Supervisor to oversee daily feed production, ingredient receipt, scheduling, and training on scheduled shifts.

You will collaborate with quality, procurement, nutrition, and transportation teams and ensure adherence to quality assurance, food safety, and environmental policies, with on-call duties and weekend/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership capabilities and ability to supervise shift staff.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FSMA/SQF) and state regulations is required.
• Proficient math and intermediate computer skills (MS Word/Excel).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of feed and receipt of ingredients on assigned shift.
• Schedule, assign, and train mill personnel; monitor quality assurance practices.
