The Wenger Group is seeking a Mill Shift Supervisor to lead daily production, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and quality across the mill operations. You will collaborate with quality, procurement, nutrition, and transportation to meet shift goals and maintain inventory integrity.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate mill technicians on assigned shift.
• Provide training on environmental, quality, and food safety policies.
• Assist in recruitment of mill technicians and laborers.
• Operate and oversee all areas of the mill efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping per policy.
• Enforce safety policies to minimize injuries.
• Monitor ingredient/grain inventories and communicate with logistics.
• Maintain shift reports and operational records.
