Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Training role to educate associates on material handling equipment and safety procedures. The position focuses on onboarding, evaluating ramp-up progress, and creating training materials for multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Related technical experience relevant to warehouse training.
• MHE experience with sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• MHE experience with stand-up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip—preferred.
• Scrubber experience—preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with all associates.
• Evaluate associates’ RPM on ramp up form and outline steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide and training materials.
• Conduct initial and cross training for associates and outside workers.
• Certify associates for MHE and support safety initiatives.
