Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks an experienced trainer to oversee MHE operation training and classroom instruction for associates in Texas. You will evaluate performance, develop ramp-up steps, and assist in creating reference guides while ensuring safe work practices.

You will train and cross-train associates and external workers, support operations as needed, certify staff on MHE, and contribute to safety initiatives and goal updates within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and evaluating associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
• Hands-on experience with sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Experience with stand-up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip preferred.
• Scrubber experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate with all associates.
• Evaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide.
• Effectively train and cross-train associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.).
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Certify Associates for MHE.
• Actively participate in the YOBE process.
• Create system logins for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.).
• Update on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs.
• Conduct BBS observations.
• Participate in Safety Committee.
