Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience operating MHE such as order pickers and forklifts.
• Ability to train and lead others with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating work reference guides.
• Train and cross-train associates and outside workers.
• Certify Associates for MHE and participate in safety activities.
