Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas, serving lines, beverage stations, and condiment bars before meal service.
• Serve food portions to personnel courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain galley cleanliness: wipe counters, sanitize surfaces, clean equipment.
• Operate dishwasher and wash pots, pans, utensils, trays, and equipment.
• Restock serving lines, dining supplies, utensils, napkins, and beverages.
• Sweep and mop galley floors to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Organize dry storage, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene, and food-safety regulations.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Report equipment issues or hazards to supervisors.
• Support cooks and supervisors with cleaning and end-of-shift duties.
• Assist with special events and high-volume meal periods.
