Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas, serving lines, beverage stations before meals.
• Serve portions courteously and efficiently to personnel.
• Maintain galley cleanliness; sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash pots/pans.
• Restock lines and dining supplies; manage waste per standards.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain safe galley and dining areas.
• Assist with deliveries, stock storage, and FIFO rotation.
• Support cooks and supervisors with cleaning and end-of-shift duties.
• Assist during special events and high-volume meal periods.
