Job summary

Black Diamond Equipment is seeking a motivated warehouse team member to perform receiving, picking, packing and shipping of goods in our Utah distribution center. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have basic math and communication skills, the ability to read and follow procedures, and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons. Entry level positions are available with opportunities to grow within the DC.

Performs all necessary warehouse tasks pertaining to, but not limited to receiving, picking, replenishment, packing, put away and the transfer of inventory timely and accurately. The tasks should be completed in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity.Must be able to work within the 3 areas of Black Diamond Distribution Center, Show up on Time, Follow Your Standard Work, and Help us Improve. Basic computer skills, spreadsheet and data entry required. Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
