Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) credential required.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to read and speak in English.
• Prior geriatric care experience preferred, including ADLs.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.
• Maintain composure and professionalism with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psycho-social well‑being.
• Contribute to safety and comfort in Wellness areas.
• Follow policies and directives of supervisors.
