Job summary

The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to support residents on Saturdays and Sundays. You will help create joyful, engaging activities that respect each resident's abilities, while partnering with the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• CNA training/certification or equivalent program preferred.

• Collaborate with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Provide a warm, compassionate presence to memory care residents.
