The Commons on Meridian is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to enrich the daily lives of residents at our Indianapolis location. This role emphasizes compassionate engagement, patience, and genuine care for seniors with memory-related needs, including Alzheimer's disease, in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities include planning and leading activities, collaborating with the care team, and fostering a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Care values reflected in everyday interactions with residents.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program or equivalent.
• Hospice or memory-care experience is a plus.
