Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician - PT for Thursdays and Fridays 2pm-10pm. The role supports residents with medication passes, treatments, and daily living activities in a compassionate manner, following personalized care plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and 1+ years of related experience; medication handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• 1+ years of related work experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
• 1+ years of experience handling medications preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments as assigned.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of medication administration.
• Notify supervisor of any medication issues and document reasons.
• Support caregivers and follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment and promote teamwork.
