Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist self-administration as allowed by law.
• Guide and support Med Techs and Care Partners on shift.
• Lead shift with kindness, accountability, and teamwork.
• Participate in interviewing and orientation of staff.
• Provide training and retraining as needed per regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling with RCC and Administrator.
• Supervise medication storage, distribution, and discontinuation.
• Ensure compliance with Compass Senior Living policies.
