Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience using hand tools and operating forklifts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude to support plant goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to assemble components using hand tools and torque wrenches.
• Transport components with forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot during assembly and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team to solve production challenges and meet targets.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and support engineering or electrical teams.
• Maintain production records of parts and quantities.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
