Staffmark in Lititz, PA is hiring a Mechanical Fabricator for a direct-hire role on a weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00 am–5:30 pm). The position pays $22.00–$32.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma with 3+ years of welding or fabrication experience.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, selecting materials, inspecting parts, and ensuring tolerances. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and life insurance. Lifting and rigging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding, metalworking, or related fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify materials and components are correct for each project.
• Inspect materials and equipment prior to fabrication and report concerns.
• Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure finished work meets dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and document deviations from designs.
• Safely move, lift, and handle materials with appropriate equipment.
