Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Metal Fabricator in Aliquippa, PA to fabricate residential HVAC ductwork. You will measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components per work orders and blueprints, operating hand and power tools to maintain air-tight duct systems.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read blueprints, and a 1+ year related experience. High school diploma or GED is required; safety and quality are priorities in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading of measurements, instructions, and drawings.
• Strong math and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate residential HVAC ductwork per work orders and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to spec.
• Operate fabrication tools (hammers, snips, shears, bending machines) safely.
• Apply sealants to ensure airtight ductwork and insulate ducts as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
