Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a quality-focused assembler/inspector on-site in the US-MN Burns-ville area. You will inspect parts, perform coatings and labeling, and prepare shipments to meet customer deadlines.

Training may be required for four months; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Starting pay is $21.75/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for certification and process improvement involvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• Manufacturing experience and ability to read schematics preferred.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Perform coating, labeling, boxing and shipment preparation.
• Check for cracks, loose connections and faulty bonds.
• Record test results and route products for rework or salvage.
• Set up and use equipment listed in the job duties (e.g., drill press, SMT).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; comply with EH&S rules.
