Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for MCC Cells on the Weekend Shift. The role involves assembling sub-assemblies, wiring panels and electrical components, and inspecting for quality.

Daily activities include staging parts and following wiring diagrams to ensure proper function. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with safety PPE and production floor procedures preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies and electrical components.
• Wire panels, relays, meters, transformers and buswork.
• Perform wiring, soldering or crimping as needed and verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to safety rules.
• Stage materials and parts for efficient workflow and production.
